Ascendo Resources is partnering with a regional, boutique law firm in Brevard, North Carolina that is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys handling complex disputes and working closely with clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop case strategy
• Handle matters involving construction defects, contract disputes, delays, and related claims

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction litigation experience required
• Active license to practice law in North Carolina (in good standing)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience managing cases independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
