Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Design Focus)
Pay: $21–$24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fully onsite, In-Office)
Location: Jacksonville, FL, 32256

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on coordination, creative design, and digital marketing. You’ll play a key role in managing leads, supporting campaigns, and helping bring marketing projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process incoming leads through Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up
• Support sales and marketing teams with day-to-day operations and project coordination
• Maintain and organize the marketing warehouse, including materials and inventory
• Assemble marketing kits, mailers, and promotional packages
• Assist with social media campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, and performance analysis
• Support content creation including graphic design, photography, and video editing
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, catalogs, ads, and trade show assets
• Help coordinate and execute product video shoots (planning, filming, editing)
• Perform website updates, data entry, and general marketing support tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
• 1+ years of marketing or design experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere)
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus
