A global law firm is seeking a Billing Analyst to join its finance team. This position is based in the Financial District with a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The role is ideal for someone with law firm billing experience who understands the full billing cycle, has worked with 3E, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 plus overtime and discretionary year-end bonus

 What they’re looking for:

• Experience in billing within a law firm environment
• Knowledge of billing processes, including e-billing, transfers, write-offs, and client invoicing
• Experience with Elite 3E
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and reconciliations
• Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, assistants, and finance teams
