A leading organization in the medical and biological kit production sector is seeking multiple team members for its Doral facility.

Current openings include Kit Assemblers and a Shipping Associate. These roles support the preparation, assembly, and distribution of biological sample kits used in specialized studies and patient-focused programs.

This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

Kit Assembler Responsibilities:

• Assemble biological and medical kits according to client specifications

• Print and apply labels for testing tubes and kit components

• Verify materials, including checking expiration dates for accuracy

• Perform quality checks to ensure completeness and compliance

• Assist with preparation of kits for distribution to investigator sites

• Support assembly for specialized programs, including direct-to-patient and advanced therapy studies

Shipping Associate Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately and on schedule

• Verify shipping labels, documentation, and package contents

• Maintain organization of shipping materials and outgoing inventory

• Coordinate shipment flow to support operational needs

• Assist with packaging and handling of kit materials

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly, warehouse, production, or logistics environments preferred

• Shipping experience required for Shipping Associate role

• Basic computer skills and data entry ability required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Fluent in English

• Must be available to interview and start immediately

• Ability to work the assigned schedule consistently
