Job Title: B2B Sales Representative

Compensation: $55,000 base salary + uncapped commission (typical first-year earnings: $80,000–$90,000; top performers exceed six figures)
Travel Requirement: Up to 75% (client-facing, territory-based role)
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals interested in building a career in B2B sales. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a competitive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal sales leadership to execute territory strategies and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential prospects
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand requirements and present solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to support long-term growth
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to refine strategy and improve outcomes
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of outside sales experience preferred (B2B strongly preferred)
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation required
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with negotiation and consultative selling techniques
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and follow-up
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and CRM or automated systems

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
