Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging products to meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack products according to company and customer specifications
• Stack and organize products from production lines onto pallets efficiently
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure standards are met
• Use required tools to periodically inspect products
• Complete production, quality, and product identification paperwork accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding orders, quality, and workflow
• Assist with production line operations as needed (with training)
• Maintain a clean work area by removing scrap materials and debris
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with strong attendance
