Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Scheduler / Administrative Assistant to support scheduling operations within a fast-paced construction/services environment. This role is responsible for coordinating roughs, trims, underground work, and inspections while maintaining communication with builders, field teams, and local counties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule all roughs and trims using internal systems
  • Reschedule undergrounds, tugs, and related service work as needed
  • Utilize systems such as Computer Ease and Supply Pro to coordinate schedules and communicate with builders
  • Maintain and update the master schedule; communicate delays or changes to appropriate parties
  • Manage a high volume of scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Schedule inspections (underslab, tugs, roughs, pre-power, etc.)
  • Track and document inspection results (passed/failed) in Excel logs and shared drives
  • Process failed inspection fees and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with county offices regarding permitting or scheduling issues
  • Access builder portals and multiple systems to monitor job site updates
  • Provide coverage for other locations when needed
  • Perform additional administrative and scheduling duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to stay focused and work well under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of scheduling experience
  • 3+ years of data entry experience
  • Experience in construction, electrical, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with Computer Ease, Supply Pro, or similar scheduling systems
  • Experience scheduling inspections, permits, or working with builder portals
