Position: Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote)

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Provider Enrollment Representative to join a dynamic, fast-paced team. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a distraction-free workspace and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and consistency in all enrollment processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Research & Problem-Solving: Proactively investigate issues and identify solutions to ensure smooth enrollment workflows.
  • Time Management & Multitasking: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Communication: Utilize phone, email, and other tools to obtain and convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Computer Proficiency: Navigate internal databases and systems efficiently; strong research and technical skills required.
  • Procedure Comprehension: Accurately follow established procedures and leverage internal resources to achieve successful results.
  • Decision-Making: Apply sound judgment to resolve enrollment issues and make informed decisions.
  • Engagement & Participation: Actively participate in training sessions and team activities, asking questions as needed to ensure understanding.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with colleagues to support team goals and contribute to a high-performing environment.
  • Technical Tools: Utilize iOutlook, WebEx, and intranet research/navigation to complete job duties efficiently.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience involving computer and Microsoft Office usage.
  • Strong proficiency with PCs and Windows-based environments, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, research, and reading comprehension abilities.
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
