We are currently hiring for multiple legal positions with a growing and fast-paced law firm relocating to Coral Gables. These are temp-to-hire opportunities offering long-term potential for the right candidates.
We are seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in high-volume environments.
Open Positions & Salary Ranges:
Pre-Litigation Assistant (Property & Casualty) – 2 openings
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
- Manage cases from intake through resolution
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and third parties
- Assist with demand packages and case documentation
- Maintain and track case files
Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant – 1 opening
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000
- Support attorneys with workers’ comp cases
- Manage case files, deadlines, and medical records
- Communicate with clients, providers, and carriers
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
Client Status Representative – 1 opening
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000
- Provide updates to clients via phone and email
- Handle high-volume inbound calls
- Document communication and coordinate with internal teams
PI Questionnaire Specialist – 1 opening
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000
- Conduct intake calls with new clients
- Gather and document case information
- Ensure intake forms and documentation are complete
- Follow up with clients as needed
Personal Injury Case Manager – 4 openings
Salary: Up to $67,000 + Bonus
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Serve as main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate medical treatment and track care
- Gather records and assist with demand packages
Bonus Structure (Case Managers):
- $40 (up to $10K settlement)
- $50 (up to $25K)
- $75 ($25K–$100K)
- $150 ($100K–$200K)
- $250 ($200K+)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- 1+ years of relevant experience (law firm experience preferred)
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads or call volume
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
