Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
Pay: $20.00 – $22 hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our team in Rockford, IL. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will serve as the first line of support for critical operational issues.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to manage escalated situations while maintaining composure. You will support agents, drivers, and customers by resolving issues efficiently and ensuring smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails to resolve operational issues
  • Complete and document service incidents using internal reporting systems (LSIR)
  • Investigate and resolve service issues, identifying root causes and mediating disputes
  • Provide guidance and support to agents and drivers on best practices
  • Assist with corrective action processes and follow-up documentation
  • Process settlement adjustments and issue company funds when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet performance and quality standards

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1+ year of administrative or customer support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience handling inbound calls
  • 6+ months of logistics or transportation experience

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to stay calm and professional in high-stress or escalated situations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic geographic knowledge of North America
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback
