Key Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ years of experience in a law firm setting
- Experience in workers’ compensation cases preferred
- Background handling pre-litigation or litigation files
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Strong communication and organizational skills
What You’ll Do
- Assist attorneys with workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers in both English and Spanish
- Draft basic legal documents and routine correspondence
- Collect and organize medical records, claims, and other case-related documents
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate case files
