Job Title: Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote)

Duration: Contract role with 12–16 weeks of training
Pay Rate: $16–$19/hour (based on county/location)

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Provider Enrollment Representatives to support a high-volume healthcare enrollment initiative. This is a fully remote opportunity with structured training, ideal for individuals who thrive in process-driven environments and enjoy working with data and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage provider enrollment applications accurately and efficiently
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance with guidelines
• Enter and maintain data in internal systems
• Track application status and follow up on missing or incomplete information
• Communicate with providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to timelines, policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in provider enrollment, healthcare administration, or data processing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (data entry, navigating multiple systems)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Must be able to start on September 22 and commit to the full training period (12–16 weeks)
• Must pass a federal background check and drug screening
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
