We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join a growing, fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives on accuracy, and takes ownership of the invoicing process from start to finish.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate billing, supporting internal teams, and helping drive smooth cash flow operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices with a high level of accuracy
• Ensure billing aligns with contracts, pricing agreements, and services delivered
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to gather billing details
• Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or client inquiries
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, invoicing, or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, etc.) a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
