Job Title: Logistics Coordinator 

Location: Valencia, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday (1st shift, possible 6:00 AM start)

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring the timely movement of materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and process Air Waybills (AWBs) and shipment documentation
• Verify shipment details, client information, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse teams
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates in internal systems
• Identify and escalate delays, discrepancies, or issues
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all shipments
• Support daily logistics operations in a high-volume environment
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
• Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines

Requirements:
• 1+ year of logistics, warehouse, or shipping coordination experience
• Experience using logistics systems (TMS, WMS, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, especially with documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking systems, Excel)

Preferred:
• Experience with Air Waybills (AWBs) or shipping documentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
