Job Title: Traffic Coordinator (Export Logistics)
Location: South Florida

Overview:
A growing logistics and transportation organization is seeking an experienced Traffic Coordinator to support export operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring cargo moves efficiently through port and terminal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate export shipments from booking through departure
• Prepare and review shipping documentation including bills of lading and manifests
• Monitor shipment timelines and cut-offs
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and terminal partners
• Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs requirements
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and delays

Qualifications:

• Experience in ocean freight, port operations, or export logistics
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Knowledge of Caribbean trade lanes is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
