AR Clerk (Accounts Receivable / Collections)

Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Clerk with strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections to join a fast-growing, start-up–like environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes

• Handle collections outreach and follow-ups with customers
• Apply and reconcile cash receipts accurately
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AR aging and documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
• Support month-end close activities related to AR

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset

• Comfortable handling high transaction volume
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

•  Ability to work well in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite
