Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist and an Accounts Receivable Specialist
Accounts Payable- $23-$25 p/h

Process and review invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, and coding to appropriate accounts.

Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers in a timely manner.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, missing invoices, or any issues.

Assist with month-end closing by providing necessary reports and supporting documentation.

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and assist in maintaining cash flow projections.

Support audits by providing requested documentation and explanations related to accounts payable transactions.
Accounts Receivable- $24-$27 p/h

Generate and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.

Follow up on past-due accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.

Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.

Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve billing accuracy.

Assist with month-end closing by ensuring all receivables are accounted for properly.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Recommend and implement improvements to the collections and billing processes.
