Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist
Location: Tampa FL, 33626
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office

Position Summary

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist to join a dynamic Business Processing Team in Jacksonville, FL. 

The ideal candidate will have strong AR experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and billing
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and past-due accounts
• Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients/customers
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Assist with reporting and account reconciliation as needed
• Support additional accounting functions as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Billing experience required
• Accounts Payable experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
