Ascendo Resources is representing a nationally recognized, rapidly expanding healthcare services organization that is continuing to invest heavily in its corporate marketing infrastructure. With a strong consumer footprint, multiple operating locations nationwide, and an aggressive growth trajectory, our client is seeking to add a polished and highly organized Marketing Specialist to its South Florida headquarters.

This opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys being at the center of moving parts—balancing communications, project coordination, campaign support, field requests, and brand execution in a fast-paced corporate setting. The right candidate will be someone who thrives under deadlines, can manage multiple initiatives at once, and brings both creative awareness and operational discipline to the team.

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to leadership, cross-functional departments, and companywide growth initiatives.

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will serve as a key contributor to the day-to-day organization and execution of departmental initiatives. This person will be responsible for helping manage incoming requests, coordinating marketing deliverables, assisting with location expansion support, maintaining brand accuracy across public-facing materials, and ensuring internal projects continue moving forward efficiently.

Success in this role requires strong communication, excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to comfortably navigate a high-volume environment with shifting priorities.

Primary Duties & Areas of Ownership

Internal Request Handling & Team Support

  • Oversee a steady flow of incoming requests from office leaders, management teams, and internal departments requiring marketing assistance
  • Gather necessary details, determine urgency, and ensure assignments are directed to the appropriate parties for execution
  • Keep leadership informed on outstanding items, project progression, and completion timelines

Written Materials & Communication Preparation

  • Assist with the creation, editing, and final review of various written pieces including announcements, promotional messaging, operational notices, and branded communications
  • Ensure messaging is clear, professional, and reflective of company standards before distribution
  • Help maintain consistency in language, formatting, and presentation across all communication channels

Campaign Logistics & Execution Assistance

  • Provide organizational support behind active promotions, corporate initiatives, and marketing rollouts taking place across multiple business locations
  • Coordinate production schedules, vendor timelines, internal approvals, and material delivery dates
  • Serve as a point person to help keep campaigns organized and on track from start to finish

Location Opening & Transition Coordination

  • Assist with all marketing-related preparation tied to newly launched offices, acquired locations, or relocation projects
  • Coordinate promotional materials, signage requests, online presence updates, and visibility items needed for a successful rollout
  • Work in tandem with field leadership to ensure each location is launch-ready from a branding standpoint

Brand Accuracy & Information Verification

  • Review collateral, digital assets, customer-facing information, and online business profiles for errors, inconsistencies, or outdated content
  • Submit and track corrections as needed to maintain polished and accurate public presentation
  • Help enforce company branding guidelines across all regions and materials

Grassroots Visibility & Office-Level Promotion

  • Support localized marketing opportunities intended to drive awareness and strengthen community presence
  • Assist offices with referral efforts, networking materials, event participation, and relationship-building campaigns
  • Help coordinate office-specific promotional needs that arise throughout the year

Department Tracking & Performance Documentation

  • Maintain organized reporting on project requests, turnaround times, recurring assignments, and departmental deliverables
  • Conduct routine quality assurance checks related to customer-facing communication channels and service presentation
  • Provide administrative follow-up to ensure projects are completed thoroughly and documented properly

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project-based marketing, communications, or brand support roles
  • Experience supporting healthcare groups, franchise models, retail service brands, hospitality groups, or other multi-unit organizations is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing detail or follow-up
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, vendors, leadership, and field personnel
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing/project management systems

Compensation & Benefits
