Title: IAM Analyst

Location: Miami Lakes, FL (hybrid)

Salary: $85k - $95k + 10% Bonus + Benefits

As a key specialist within the Information Security Team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) at the Company.

The qualified candidate will ensure regulatory assurance and identity governance by translating compliance requirements into effective operational controls. We seek a detail-oriented professional to collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams, maintaining the integrity of our identity workflows and supporting the company’s overall security posture and technical audits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Information Security, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) workflows.
• Certifications: Security+, CIAM (Certified Identity and Access Manager), or similar fundamental security certifications are a plus.
• Experience in Financial Services is a major plus for supporting compliance with local standards.
• Proven ability to support and maintain a comprehensive IAM program, including the documentation of internal policies and operational procedures.
• Solid understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and identity lifecycles. Responsible for executing users access reviews (UAR), ensuring policy alignment with industry regulations, and supporting technical audits.
• Ability to manage complex provisioning and decommissioning workflows. Hands-on experience with enterprise tools like SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD strongly preferred.
