We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Billing & Administration Supervisor to join a fast-paced logistics and warehouse operation in Miami. This role is responsible for overseeing billing operations, warehouse administration, reporting, and customer service support while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily billing activities related to warehouse storage, handling, transportation, and customer-specific charges

Ensure invoices are processed accurately and submitted in a timely manner

Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal departments and customers

Monitor billing records, customer accounts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance

Oversee warehouse administrative functions including reporting, data entry, filing, and document control

Prepare operational and billing reports for management review

Work closely with warehouse operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing alignment

Support payroll-related administrative tasks including attendance tracking and time record review

Supervise and support administrative and customer service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in warehouse billing, logistics administration, or operational support

Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Strong understanding of billing systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office

Experience with customer invoicing in a logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:

Experience working with TMS/WMS systems

Knowledge of inventory reporting and warehouse documentation

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
