Overview
 $90,000 - $100,000/year New Jersey -- Passaic  Permanent
A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will assist with employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and overall HR support functions.
Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations and HR-related inquiries
- Assist with onboarding and new hire processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate recruiting and applicant tracking activities
- Support benefits administration and leave management
- Assist with workers’ compensation and HR compliance processes
- Partner with management on HR initiatives and operational support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Previous Human Resources experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage confidential information
- Experience with onboarding, recruiting, benefits, or employee relations preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus
