The Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for scheduling rough and trims. Also, Re scheduling for underground and tugs
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Schedules all Rough and Trims in Computer ease to send out.
- Rescheduling of Tugs and Undergrounds.
- Access Supply Pro to schedule and communicate with Builders regarding roughs and trims.
- Maintains Master schedule; revises and alerts appropriate department or client of schedule changes or delays.
- Schedules inspections for Underslab, tugs, roughs, tug changeover/ Pre power (for some counties)
- Pay failed inspections fees and print out failed inspections.
- Keep track of failed or passed inspections on excel sheets for subdivisions on inspection log on shared drive.
- Contact county for any issues which prevent scheduling inspections(ex. Linking the master Notice if Commencement from the building permit to the electrical permit.)
- Access multiple builder websites to check on job sites.
- Must be willing to cover other locations when a team member is out.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn Computer Ease and other software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have time management skills and multitasking skills.
- Be able to stay focused on tasks and work well under pressure.
- Must be a team player and willingness to learn new procedures.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- 2+ years of Customer service experience required.
- At least 4 years of scheduling experience preferred.
- 3+ years of Data Entry preferred.
