A well-established, privately held real estate investment firm is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of multifamily properties across Westchester and Southern Connecticut. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small team of Property Managers and building staff, providing hands-on guidance and accountability

• Assess operational gaps across the portfolio and rebuild day-to-day processes and systems from the ground up

• Oversee violations, capital projects, major repairs, and building work across all properties

• Conduct regular field visits across Westchester and Southern CT

• Oversee vacancy management, unit turns, and coordinate closely with the leasing department to drive occupancy

• Coordinate tenant services through a dedicated Tenant Services Coordinator who handles first-contact communication

• Manage vendor relationships, repair approvals, invoice coding, and operational meetings

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential property management experience

• Yardi Voyager experience strongly preferred

• Proven track record building or rebuilding operational systems — not just maintaining existing ones

• Strong communicator with the ability to manage up to ownership and down to building staff with equal effectiveness
