HR Specialist, Hybrid, Fort Worth, TX
Our client is seeking a hands-on HR professional for a hybrid role responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. This position is ideal for someone who can operate both strategically and administratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees
- Handle employee terminations and offboarding processes professionally and compliantly
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations
- Support employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations as needed
- Coordinate benefits administration and HR documentation
- Partner with leadership on staffing needs and workforce planning
- Assist with payroll support, audits, and other HR administrative functions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Experience managing onboarding and employee relations
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred but not required
