We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and supporting daily office operations in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Enter and maintain data across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Perform filing and general administrative duties
  • Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed
  • Support other departments when necessary
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with data entry and basic computer applications
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
