Insurance and Medicare Sales Specialist

Ascendo is excited to present this opportunity in the insurance industry. We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated professional to step into an active territory and accelerate production. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in policy sales, an active license, and a passion for hands-on client relationship management. This remote position requires a professional who resides in the region and is ready to leverage local travel to secure face-to-face client connections.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, protect, and expand an inherited portfolio of established client accounts.

• Identify and close new policy opportunities to increase market share.

• Conduct local travel to meet with clients directly and provide personalized consultations.

• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in insurance or Medicare sales.

• Active 2-15 Insurance License.

• Valid driver license and the ability to travel locally for client meetings.

• Proven capability to manage client portfolios and generate new business independently.
