Join our client's team on a contract basis, supporting healthcare professionals nationwide. We are seeking an HR Generalist with healthcare experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a fully onsite and contract role in Maitland, FL. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and new-hire processes for healthcare professionals.
  • Serve as an HR resource for employee relations, policy guidance, and workplace concerns.
  • Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and leave-of-absence programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Partner with managers on performance, employee engagement, and workforce-related matters.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives for a nationwide workforce.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Healthcare HR experience preferred
  • Experience with employee relations, FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and leave administration
  • Experience supporting high-volume employee populations
  • Experience working with international nursing professionals is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
