Digital Marketing Campaign Manager (Adobe Experience Platform & Journey Optimizer)

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join a dynamic team in Miami. This role is responsible for designing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels using Adobe marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop digital marketing campaign strategies, including target audiences, communication channels, timing, and customer journeys.

  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics prior to launch.

  • Translate marketing strategies into executable campaign logic within Adobe platforms.

  • Configure and activate campaigns, audiences, segmentation rules, and customer journeys.

  • Ensure alignment across messaging, channels, timing, and audience targeting.

  • Validate campaign readiness, including audience availability, content approvals, tracking, triggers, and business rules.

  • Lead campaign deployment and go-live activities while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, technology, and compliance teams throughout campaign execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.

  • Develop campaign reports, analyze performance data, and recommend optimization opportunities.

  • Support the continuous improvement of campaign processes and digital marketing best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, or marketing automation.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe marketing technologies.

  • Strong experience with:

    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

    • Adobe Marketo

  • Experience managing customer journeys, audience segmentation, and campaign automation.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments involving marketing, technology, analytics, and compliance.

  • Experience within regulated industries; financial services experience is highly preferred.

  • Fluent in at least two of the following languages:

    • English

    • Spanish

    • Portuguese

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs).

  • Strong understanding of campaign analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.

  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
