Human Resources Manager

Location: Coral Gables, FL

Overview

A growing international organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR operations across multiple business entities. This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and related renewals.
• Coordinate corporate insurance administration and risk management activities.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee records, PTO tracking, and HR data integrity.
• Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and organizational documentation.
• Administer performance management, compensation reviews, and succession planning efforts.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Analyze workforce metrics and provide reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and business operations.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, payroll, and employment law.
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units or entities.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
