Candidates MUST have the following:

- High School Diploma/GED

- Associates/Bachelors Degree highly desired

- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience withi the Hospital/Healthcare industry

- Experience with employee onboarding and training

- Experience with employee relations

- Experience with workers compensation, FMLA, ADA, and risk management
