Project Manager Location: Hialeah, FL Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift (Flexible Hours)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to support supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution initiatives within a fast-paced operational environment. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, continuous improvement efforts, and operational efficiency while ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inventory, kitting, and bin management improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Identify project risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage project requests, proposals, and related cost analysis.
- Troubleshoot project issues and proactively develop solutions.
- Build strong working relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and recommendations to leadership and team members.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while supporting operational and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of professional work experience.
- 2+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience working across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Experience within supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience with SAP.
- Process improvement, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or integration project experience.
Additional Information
- 100% onsite position.
- First shift schedule with flexible start and end times.
- Potential for occasional overtime.
- Potential travel may be required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
