We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with a construction background to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with high-volume invoice processing and job cost accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices
• Match invoices to purchase orders and job costs
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end close

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Construction industry experience required
• Knowledge of job costing and purchase orders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
