Location: Brentwood, MO 63144

Pay: $21-22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time

Position Overview

Ascendo Resources is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a growing distribution operation in Brentwood, MO. This individual will play a key role in daily warehouse activities including forklift operation, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy of shipments
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous stand-up forklift experience required
  • Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience required
  • Experience with packing and order fulfillment required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Inventory control experience
  • Experience working in a small warehouse environment
  • RF Scanner or WMS experience
