We're seeking to find a Service Operations Supervisor who will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across service administration and coordination functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, streamlining processes, and leveraging technology—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service—to create a more efficient and scalable service operation.

What You'll Do

As the Service Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee service coordination and administrative teams while ensuring service operations run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

✔ Lead and support service administration and coordination teams, balancing workloads and ensuring timely execution

✔ Oversee service workflows including work orders, service requests, billing support, and coordination with dispatch and field service teams

✔ Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and scalability

✔ Serve as the functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, driving system adoption, workflow enhancements, and data accuracy

✔ Manage administrative processes including maintenance contracts, billing corrections, service documentation, and parts coordination

✔ Analyze service metrics and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

✔ Collaborate cross-functionally with field service, sales, and internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

✔ Act as the escalation point for operational and customer service issues, ensuring timely resolution

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 5+ years of experience in service operations, customer service, field service support, or related operational environments

  • Strong experience coordinating workflows across multiple departments and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated success improving processes and operational efficiency

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or related field

  • Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service or similar ERP/service management platforms

  • Background in manufacturing or service-based industries
