Part-Time Office Manager / Bookkeeper

(Construction or trades industry,  25-30 hours a week, can work 7-2 or 8-3)

We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated and dependable Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small-office environment and wants to grow with a company that values initiative, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, including data entry and record maintenance
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general financial tracking
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and office records
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and implement more efficient procedures
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Assist with special projects and other duties in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager and/or Bookkeeping role
  • Construction industry experience is required
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks is required
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed
