Are you passionate about driving business improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results? We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic global procurement organization where you'll have the opportunity to influence key business initiatives and optimize critical processes.

Location: Hybrid – Miami, FL
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Duration: Approximately 6-month contract
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions.
• Develop process flows, business documentation, and functional requirements.
• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with business process improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience within procurement, sourcing, or purchasing environments is highly preferred.
