Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Bookkeeper for a full-time, on-site role. Salary range is up to $85,000 with full benefits.

Our client is a well-established components distributor headquartered in Somers, NY. We're looking to add an experienced accounting professional to their small but dependable finance team.

This is a hands-on AP/AR role — no billing, no inventory — focused on moving money in and out accurately and efficiently. You'll be processing wires, ACH payments, reconciling discrepancies, and staying in close communication with customers and vendors. Large transaction volumes, real responsibility, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

On-site, 5 days/week | Somers, NY | $80,000

Convenient to Danbury, White Plains, Brewster, and mid-Westchester; CT commuters welcome

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of AP/AR experience — wires, ACH, customer-facing
• QuickBooks Desktop proficiency
• Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Someone steady, experienced, and comfortable handling high-value transactions
