Accounting Clerk – Contract

Location: Durham, NC
Type: Contract

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for a contract opportunity in Durham, NC. This role is ideal for someone with experience in AP, AR, billing, invoices, reconciliations, financial records, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, billing documents, and financial records

• Assist with AP/AR tasks and general accounting support

• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate records

• Enter and update accounting data

• Support the finance team with daily administrative accounting tasks

Requirements:

• Accounting, AP/AR, billing, or general accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills

• Experience with invoices, reconciliations, financial records, and data entry

• High school diploma required

• Associate degree preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
