Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production, assembly, fabrication, inspection, and packaging of glass and window products while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble window and glass components according to work instructions and production specifications.

  • Operate production equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently.

  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly and fabrication.

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

  • Package completed products for shipment while preventing damage during transportation.

  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production facility.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following all company safety policies.

  • Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.

  • Perform routine machine setup and basic preventive maintenance as assigned.

  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.

  • Experience in glass, window, door, construction materials, or fabrication manufacturing is a plus.

  • Ability to read measuring devices, tape measures, and work instructions.

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required.

  • Assembly and manufacturing experience

  • Blueprint or work instruction interpretation

  • Forklift experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Perform repetitive hand movements.

  • Bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.

  • Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise.
