Office Manager/Bookkeeper (51515 - SLORL)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations while managing the company's bookkeeping and financial records.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced office environment. This is a contract to hire, fully onsite role in Orlando, FL 32839.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain the general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Process payroll or coordinate with the company's payroll provider.
  • Prepare financial reports, cash flow summaries, and assist with budgeting.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support executive leadership with administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain company files, financial records, and confidential documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
