What You'll Do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking clients
• Coordinate medical treatment and monitor ongoing care
• Gather, organize, and maintain medical records and billing documentation
• Assist with preparing demand packages
• Keep case files accurate, organized, and progressing efficiently
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal team members throughout the case lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 1+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Insurance Adjuster
• Experience managing pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach
