About the Opportunity

Our client's growing plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to join the Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and wants to play a meaningful role in case strategy, litigation, negotiations, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, strong litigation skills, and a commitment to achieving outstanding results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
  • Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the life of each case.
  • Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and insurance coverage.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts.
  • Develop case strategies designed to maximize client recovery.
  • Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with all deadlines.
  • Collaborate with support staff and legal team members to efficiently manage case workflow.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license and good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
  • Minimum 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
  • Experience handling motor vehicle accident, premises liability, wrongful death, and other personal injury claims preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, litigation, and case management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team.
  • Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary starting at $125,000, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications.
