A growing healthcare services company is adding a Staff Accountant to its team based in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly financial close, financial statements, and reporting
• Manage AP/AR and general ledger activity
• Perform account, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Partner with other departments to ensure financial accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of relevant experience, including month-end close
• Strong Excel skills
• QuickBooks experience a plus
