About the Role

We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to build a career in marketing. You'll support a variety of marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, events, content creation, and branded materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms
• Design and update marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral
• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and vendor communications
• Support community events, trade shows, and promotional initiatives
• Update website content and marketing assets as needed
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts
• Perform general administrative support for the marketing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1–3+ years of marketing, communications, or internship experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Canva and social media platforms required
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms is a plus
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to manage multiple projects
