Entry-Level Bookkeeper – Temp-to-Perm

We are seeking two motivated Entry-Level Bookkeepers to join a growing team in Downtown Miami. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and grow with an established organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Perform data entry and assist with account reconciliations

• Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• QuickBooks experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Eager to learn and grow within the accounting field

• English required; Spanish is not required
