An established nonprofit health and human services agency seeks a CFO to lead all financial operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting, cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Manage revenue cycle (Medicaid/Medicare/private insurance billing)
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and nonprofit regulations
• Lead annual audits and liaise with external auditors
• Support trauma-informed financial practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; MBA/CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years progressive financial leadership experience
• Nonprofit and Medicaid/Medicare grant experience preferred
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills
