Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of payroll experience with a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll for 200+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, garnishments, tax levies, and federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Experience processing high-volume, multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Advanced bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, IF formulas, XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with ADP or UKG is a plus.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
