Order Fulfillment Associate

Location: Midtown Manhattan (near Rockefeller Center)

Schedule: 

• Tuesday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30AM - 6:30PM

Pay: $18/hour

Overtime: Varies (0-2 hours daily; 8-10 hours on weekends as needed)

Onsite: 100%

A leading diamond bridal jewelry and e-commerce technology company, connecting manufacturers, retailers, and consumers through an innovative online platform.

Position Overview:

The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in bringing online jewelry orders to life. This hands-on position involves receiving, selecting, packaging, and shipping merchandise with precision and care, ensuring every order meets the company's high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and process incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare jewelry orders for shipment.
• Assist with purchase order processing and general administrative tasks.
• Support inventory control, quality checks, and team workflow.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of fulfillment, shipping, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day.
