Production Associate (Entry Level)

Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY 10020 (100% Onsite)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week). Must be okay working overtime during busy season.
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm (3–4 months)

Are you looking to start a career in a hands-on production environment? Our client, a growing luxury e-commerce company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. No direct jewelry experience is required—they're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

• Clean, polish, and inspect jewelry to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Identify scratches, imperfections, or damage and report findings.
• Learn specialized techniques including engraving, laser work, and rhodium plating.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with inventory of production supplies.
• Follow safety procedures while working with cleaning solutions and chemicals (PPE and air filtration provided).
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in a clean production environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow established procedures.
